Profile Sander Machine - Diamond

Equipment that performs the milling, sanding and polishing of the upper, lower and lateral sections of the profiles. The cutters combined with the belt sanding and abrasive roller heads guarantee the milling, sanding and polishing in profiles of MDF, MDP, agglomerate, pine, eucalyptus, hardwood or similar materials. This specific configuration has a corrugated belt feed with a large useful width for greater profile adherence. The tractor unit has double pressure and shock absorbers for greater traction throughout the equipment, as well as double-maneuvered heads for the upper and lower faces of the profile, not transmitting vibrations to the process.
