Profile Wrapping - Gold

Equipment used in the covering/lamination of porous linear profiles with the most diverse geometries, with melamine papers, PET, PVC, external PVC, fabrics, or flexible similars, in addition to wooden sheets or HDF, through a hot bonding process (adhesive EVA/PO/PUR) and strategic pressure.

This equipment is configured to work with the application of PUR/EVA/PO adhesives per applicator roller with gravity fuser tank.

There is a gain in productive quality at reduced cost, transforming machined profiles into fully finished ones, in a single process. Covering can be carried out on porous and non-porous agglomerate profiles, MDF, MDP, PVC, WPC, aluminum, pine, wood etc.
